CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.  If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service.  By arriving late, you limit my ability to offer you the best possible experience.  Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation and are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost.

FILLS VS. FULL SETS

Fills are required every 2-3 weeks.  You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining in order to be considered for a fill service.  If you come in for a fill with less than the required amount of lashes, you will be charged for a full set.  Any fills scheduled past the 3 week mark will be considered a full set.

 CLEAN LASHES

All lash clients must arrive with a clean lash line, free of makeup and buildup.  This means routinely and adequately following aftercare instructions and cleansing your lashes. In order to preserve the health of your natural lashes and to maintain the ability to perform the service (new extensions will not adhere correctly to dirty lashes) your appointment may be cancelled and charged a fee.

SCHEDULING

All scheduling is done online through a scheduling service.  Please be aware that it is your responsibility to remember to schedule your appointments.  It is advised to schedule 2-4 appointments in advance to ensure availability.

Failure to pay, late cancellations or missed appointments will result in suspension from all booking services until the issue is resolved.
